71% is still a good retention rate. How many people have you lost so far?
we're only one year in. we may yet lose more. we started with 42 and we've lost 12 so far.i'd call those numbers pretty dismal.
Ahh.. didn't know your group was small to begin with.. that is pretty dismal. Rural Africa is not a place for people who don't adapt well, Kenya especially.
